Free Pinning Combos Clinic May 29th

Ted Reese, the Head Wrestling Coach at the University of Southern Maine, will be conducting a clinic at our clubhouse on Wednesday, May 29th from 6:00 to 8:00 pm. The clinic will focus on pinning combinations. Reese has taught his half nelson series at the Olympic level. Several USM assistant coaches and wrestlers will also likely accompany Ted so there will be plenty of opportunity for all participants to pick up so good pointers. We will start our regular Wednesday night workout at 5:30 which will give us plenty of time to get organized and warmed up before Ted and crew arrive. We will probably work technique with Ted from 6:00 - 7:30 and then have some live matches / situational drills. The clinic is free for all interested wrestlers, but non-MCWC members are encouraged to join the club ($5). With membership, you will be placed on our mailing list and kept abreast of all club events and activities. Hope to see you there!! This is a good chance for those heading to the Team Cobra Camping Tournament in CT the following weekend to get some quality mat time in!
